years or over as of the date of entry.
WTI is not available to the general public and is opened only
to its qualified members, the use of this site is limited to our
members. Every deposit
which has been made is considered to be a private transaction
between the WTI and its clients.
WTI has the right at any time to change, add or modify the
terms and conditions of this Agreement; and/or Change the Site,
rules, rates of the investment program at any time and at our sole
discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the
integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it
is your sole responsibility to review and understand the current
terms and conditions.
Limitation of liability
In no event WTI will be liable for any damages, losses or
liabilities including without limitation, direct or indirect,
special incidental, consequential damages, losses or liabilities, in
connection with your use of this website or your reliance on or use
or inability to use the information, materials and services on this
site, or in connection with any failure of performance, omission,
error, defect, interruption, delay in operation or transmission,
computer virus or line or system failure, even if WTI is
advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
